Can I still use your services if I have a primary care provider?

 

Absolutely! We are here to help you when you need our services. At your request we can work collaboratively with your doctor for your treatment. We can even go further to ensure continuity of care by communication with your doctor regarding any treatment you received from us.

 

How does the process work to receive treatment?

 

You simply call us at 704 747-2262 to discuss your medical needs. If your condition can be appropriately treated with a personalized housecall visit, an appointment will be made for you to be seen in your home, workplace, hotel, or other convenient location. Sometimes it is determined by the physician prior to your visit or during a visit that your condition requires emergency room care or another type of medical service. If this determination is made during a housecall visit, we will contact 911 for you and stay with you until you are safely transported to the hospital. Otherwise you will be advised on how to seek more appropriate care, such as in an emergent situation, hanging up the phone with us and calling 911 immediately.
